Payment & Shipping Policy

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery service (COD) costs + 1 euro to the full amount for shipping in Poland (available for orders WITHOUT personalized engraving)
  • Cash on delivery service (COD) costs + 5 euro to the full amount for shipping to Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Bulgaria (available for orders WITHOUT personalized engraving)
  • Cash on delivery service (COD) costs + 14 euro to the full amount for all other countries (available for orders WITHOUT personalized engraving)
  • Paypal
  • Visa, Mastercard
  • BLIK for customers in Poland
  • money transfer to the bank account in euro and in zlotys currency. Bank details are given below

ORDER PROCESSING

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-4 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which is not included weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term. 

SHIPPING 

    

We deliver all over Europe from Warsaw, Poland.

Postal Services are GLS, UPS, DPD, InPost.

Tracking Number will be provided. 

NOTICE:

-  For international orders, once the package has left Poland, it becomes a subject to your local post office.

Neighbor countries to POLAND:

  • 1-2 business days for all goods

Other EUROPEAN countries:

  • 3-5 business days for all goods

    SHIPPING PRICE 

    The shipping price:

    • POLAND - 4-5 euro
    • Neighbor countries to POLAND such as Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia - 5-8 euro.
    • For other EUROPEAN countries price will be calculated individually and depends on distance
    • Cash on delivery shipping costs 12 euro for whole EU (available for orders WITHOUT personalized engraving).
